FREE Next Day UK mainland Delivery:
Order before 12pm on any working day to receive your order the very next working day. Delivery will take place between the hours of 8am & 6pm.
Delivery Examples - Order Thursday 11am and receive Friday next day. Order Friday 11am and receive following Monday.
Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £15. Deliveries to be made on a Saturday must be placed over the phone.
Delivery will take place to the address provided at the time of purchase, though dates and addresses may be changed where prior agreement has been obtained from Protect A Bed.
Where an order consists of more than one product, all products must be delivered to the same address.
Delivery Outside Of The UK:
We deliver across Europe. Use the delivery calculator in the basket page to obtain delivery costs outside of UK mainland.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery to areas outside of UK mainland.
We can accept return requests up to 14 days after your delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after the 14th days from the date of your delivery.
Customers wishing to return their items after dispatch must ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure that the item/items are unopened and unpackaged and are returned in a "new” condition in original sealed packaging.
If you have received your product but have changed your mind, you will be responsible for returning the item or items to us. See return address at the bottom of the page. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Arranging A Return:
All return requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number and the reason for why you would like to return your item.
We will exchange or refund any item/items that is either damaged or faulty upon delivery provided that the customer has followed all applicable terms and conditions. Before processing a damaged/disputed goods claim, we will require a photograph of the item before action can be processed.
Please contact Customer Services - email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the items'items to notify us of any faults/damages and provide photographic evidence as soon as possible.
You must exercise any right to cancel your order by informing Protect A Bed by email prior to the day of delivery.
Cancellations made on the day of delivery: We are unable to cancel deliveries on the day of the delivery. You have the right to refuse the delivery but in this instance we will deduct a £15 late cancellation fee from your total refund amount. Alternatively you will be responsible for returning the item or items to us. See return address at the bottom of the page. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. You will cover the return costs in full and ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure that the item/items are unopened and unpackaged and are returned in a “new” condition in original sealed packaging.
Any agreed refunds will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the item. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method for the order.
